EVA Hot melt adhesive 280.30

Application:

For bonding edgebands and for precoating of veneer, melamine resin, PVC
and ABS, for flat bonding and softforming procedures, especially for use on a
processing centre (BAZ), also for slow edgebanders.

Elastic, good adhesion. Low melt viscosity and good resistance to oxidation
as well as good colour stability in the melt. The product has a wide range
possible applications due to its good heat-sealing properties, heat resistance
and long hot tack. Very good mechanical processing characteristics, exact
application without hot melt stringing. No surface soiling. The structure of the
edge materials and the processing conditions will influence bonding.
Customer trials before use are recommended.
Processing temperature [°C]: 180 - 200

Preliminary cleaning while hot by scraping with a spatula. Remove any
residues when cold with Jowat® Cleaner 402.40.

May be stored for 12 months after date of delivery ex production site, cool
and dry.
